I glanced at the Cinch Diet, I took a leap into the Cynthia Sass' website and I was wondering if it could be valuable as an alternative to all my diets. I read that, among other diets, you suggest this one, too. I look at all the photos girls posted about their bodies and their finally put up results after endless strains and I can't help myself from envy and want to be like them and I wonder what and how did they do? I'm really tired of never looking like I'd want to. Girls, tell me your means.
