Anonymous asked: hi! I started gymming a month ago, and work out 1-2hours 6times/week. I avoid all sugar, except natural sugar in fruits/berries, drink only water/coffee, and mostly salads for food. No pasta/rice/potatoes. One typical day: breakfast-oatmeal with raspberries, lunch-a small piece of chicken/fish/meat with vegetables/salad, snack: a fruit/berries with 2dl yoghurt (45kcal/100g) or 1 egg, and dinner the same as lunch. Why don't I loose weight? Should I do more cardio? Eat even less?

Honestly that sounds amazing. Just bc you’re not losing the weight immediately or rapidly, doesn’t mean it’s not working! Give it time.
